Charging proposals with payment links

How much time passes between sending the proposal to the client and the client paying, maybe too much, right? Now with the proposals you can shorten all that time by giving the client the possibility to pay from the same document. Each proposal will have an associated action, either a form will appear to capture leads or a payment link will appear to collect the trip.

In this video we will summarise all the steps that are necessary to take advantage of this functionality.

• Configure our payment gateway: you will have to do it in this section of the platform: https://app.moguplatform.com/settings#kyc. There you will have to fill in a series of fiscal fields: address, company name, IBAN, etc. Check in advance what information is requested so that you have it all to hand: https://www.moguplatform.com/question/pasos-para-verificar-mi-cuenta

• Once you have verified your account, you simply go to a proposal and create a payment link, indicating the concept, amount and currency.

• When the customer makes a booking, you will be informed in the notification panel and you will be able to see the payment reflected in the sales section: https://app.moguplatform.com/payments#payment-links
